The City of Coeur d'Alene will hold a reconsideration hearing on Coeur Terre 2 (item S-2-26 AA) on Monday, October 26, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the Coeur d'Alene Public Library Community Room. • The possible outcomes: on reconsideration, the decision may be affirmed, reversed or modified.
  • The deadline: the Council will issue a written decision within 60 days of receiving the request, or the request is deemed denied.
  • After that: an aggrieved party may seek judicial review within 28 days of the written decision.
