Ethical issues with Idaho annexation law

Who gets a voice, a vote, and a day in court when an Idaho city annexes land: a 2023 request that the sponsors of Senate Bill 1062 let any annexation be taken to court, and the 2026 look at who still cannot, the neighbors just outside a landowner-requested annexation, who have no vote on the council deciding it and, under section 50-222(14), no appeal of the annexation itself.
