ITD Email: Level 2 Data Matrices for the Community Working Group

Summary

ITD District 1 tells the No Huetter Bypass Group that HDR is preparing the data matrices from the evaluation of the 13 Level 2 Alternatives, in a public-reader-friendly version and a full version, for the Community Working Group to review before the public meeting.

Why it matters: ITD planned to show the public a simplified version of the Level 2 data, with the full data going first to the Community Working Group.

Brian, Brett, and Ron:

HDR is in the process of preparing a handout with the data matrices from the evaluation of the 13 Level 2 Alternatives to send to the Community Working Group (CWG) about a week before the public meeting. There would be a “public-reader-friendly-version” and then a full version of all the data. We think it would be best to put out the “public-reader-friendly-version” at the public meetings, but we’d like the CWG to comment on the two versions to see which version they think would be best to be presented at the public meetings.

I believe that the full version will address the questions that you had about the data used to make the recommendations.

After you’ve had a chance to look the information over, if you’d like to meet with ITD, we can answer any questions that you may have about the data or the recommendations if that’s helpful for you.
