The 2021 Huetter corridor overlay

Upon request of the No Huetter Bypass Group and agreement from Idaho Transportation, the Kootenai County Planning and Zoning Commission stayed the Huetter Corridor zoning overlay.

    Property owners near Huetter can still build and improve for now, and ITD will review traffic across the whole county, not just the corridor.
